missingWrote a review on 13 Novrude stafflengthy check-in
My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare! The staff was incredibly rude, making the entire check-in process unbearable. I stood in line for over two hours because they claimed they were 'hacked. ' To top it off, they demanded credit card details for incidentals, which felt illegal. This hotel is simply not equipped to handle guests properly.

You have to hit up Florio's of Little Italy for some drool-worthy pasta—it’s a game-changer! Plus, the proximity to the Broadwalk is a definite win for a sunset stroll. The beach vibes are unbeatable, making every moment feel like a mini-vacation!
The place felt a bit shabby, like that classic movie where the charm misses the mark. A long line at check-in? Just another day in Hollywood!

Great location, decent place
I spent 2 nights in a double room with a pool view and loved being close to the beach! The outdoor dining area was nice for meals, but the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool when it was hot outside. The staff was friendly, which made the stay pretty enjoyable.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. I found half the staff pleasant, which made the check-in process easier despite a long line. However, the kitchenware had to be requested, and the air conditioning setup felt poorly managed. The building where we initially stayed was condemned while we were there, causing inconvenience when we had to move across the street. Check-in took an hour, which could definitely use improvement. Overall, the rooms felt outdated and only partially updated, giving off a cheap vibe. I didn’t try the breakfast, but if they staggered check-in, it would lessen the wait time significantly.

The location offered easy access to a picturesque beach, enhancing the overall experience. Fresh bread rolls at breakfast were a delightful treat, adding a nice touch to the stay. However, check-in was chaotic and took too long, significantly detracting from the arrival experience. The air conditioning was inadequate, making it uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day, and some amenities felt dated, reflecting a need for updates.
